There’s a bit of everything going on at The Cambrian. You can put your knowledge to the test at our quiz, have a boogie to some live music, tickle your taste buds at one of our themed cuisine nights or hire out the space for yourself.
Quiz
Our bi-weekly quiz night kicks off at 8pm every other Wednesday. Get together with a group of friends, making sure you are wearing your thinking caps, and face off against other teams. Whoever is crowned the winner gets to take home the prize!
Live Artists
We book the finest live artists playing the circuit. Come to The Cambrian and be royally entertained every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9pm. If you’re feeling up to it why not hit the dance floor, or for the less rhythmically inclined just have a singsong.
Monthly events
We run various monthly events ranging from some of the best bands playing the Valleys circuit to food themed evenings where you can sample food from around the world.
Sport
On international days the atmosphere in The Cam can be at fever pitch. We have lots of large TV screens so you can enjoy pretty much any sporting event under the sun. And being one of the few pubs in the local area to have both Sky and BT Sport packages, come down and have a pint to make sure you aren’t missing out on the action.
Or if you like a flutter, join us on a Wednesday and Sunday for the horse racing. One piece of advice – make sure you arrive in plenty of time during 6 Nations season to make sure you get a seat.
Hiring us for your event
We cater for a wide variety of occasions. If you are planning a larger function of up to 30 people sitting or 45 standing then we have the perfect space for you. Or if you are looking for something a bit more intimate, our plush booth and seat up to 10 people, with table service included giving you the VIP feel.
